Hello! I’m Marta, passionate about multicultural experiences and customer service. With a trajectory ranging from the aviation world to gastronomic entrepreneurship, my life has been a constant journey of adaptation and learning. Since my youth, I’ve cultivated a positive and optimistic attitude that has allowed me to face challenges with determination and enthusiasm.
My commitment to customer service and my ability to build confidence have been the cornerstones of my career. As a relocation consultant, I dedicate myself to helping those who are settling in Spain, offering them guidance and support at every step of the process. My goal is to make their transition as smooth as possible, providing them with security throughout the all process.
My active participation in the Círculo de Orellana has allowed me to contribute to the empowerment of women in the professional sphere. I am committed to promoting female talent and creating opportunities for women to achieve their professional dreams. Childhood and Adolescence
I grew up in Mora, where I learned the value of hard work and the importance of community. During my adolescence, I was passionate about languages and culture, laying the groundwork for my future career.
University Education
I studied English Philology at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. During my studies, I expanded my language skills, including French, German, Chinese, Italian, and Japanese.
Experience in the Aerospace Sector
I combined my studies with working as an airport agent for international airlines such as KLM and American Airlines. I was part of the team that launched Continental Airlines in Spain. This experience provided me with skills in customer service and conflict management
Immersion in the Relocation Field
Starting in 2010, I delved into the field of Relocation, assisting expatriates and executives in settling down in Spain. My diverse experience and commitment to customer service led me to found RealWelcome Madrid, a company dedicated to facilitating the transition of individuals and families to their new life in Madrid
Contributing to Female Empowerment
I actively engage in the community, finding satisfaction in contributing to the empowerment of other women through organizations like the Círculo de Orellana. This commitment reflects my passion for mutual support and collective growth.
